Balenciaga Shoes & Where to Buy Online

January 7th, 2009

Most women treasure great accoutrement’s of all kinds; shoes observed online can turn a sorry getup into a magnificent one.

Any woman can tell you that the perfect outfit needs the right shoes, which is why we will spend all day shopping for them. Its much easier to purchase these things than is used to be; no more shopping with the crowds down at your local shopping center because you can do it all online. Just think back to all those occassions when you have shopped in the sales because you thought that this was the only way to get a bargain.

When shopping at regular stores for the best fashion designer women’s shoes or handbags, there have always been some pretty big problems to deal with. The problems that are the most annoying seem to occur when we are battling other shoppers to get the best products before they go. Everyone else wants to be at these sales so that they can also take advantage of great discounts. It soon turns into a less than civilized fight of the fittest as shoe boxes are snatched and tossed about by worried shoppers who want nothing more than to get their hands on that last pair of Balenciaga Shoes or Miu Miu heels.

If you have ever attended a pre-season, end-of season or holiday sales event you will understand precisely what I am reporting. It has even happened that friends will turn against each other from fighting over the last pair of foot wear. No-one likes to go to the store to purchase the advertized special on fashion designer shoes only to find that your size isn’t available, or they sold the pair you asked them to reserve for you. Problems like this will vanish forever if you learn how to buy women’s designer shoes online.

Online shopping is often a woman’s secret weapon in beating her good friends and neighbors to fantastic styles at reduced prices, not to mention free or low cost shipping. Just imagine if you didn’t have to hold off until a sale was promoted to find terrific deals on all kinds of designer women’s shoes.

The online store sites offer top fashion designer brands including recurring favorites like Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, and Balenciaga Shoes. Now you really can buy women’s designer shoes online and get the very lowest terms on only the best styles.

It doesn’t take long to learn where the best deals for women’s designer shoes are found. Your shoe collection will expand drastically because you will now be able to buy two or three pairs of the Balenciaga Shoes for the amount you used to pay for just one pair. The shopping tension and frustration is almost eliminated because now your choice of shoes is as close as your mouse or phone and the deductions are better than you see at those clearance sales events at the mall.

Luckily there are places on the web where discount Balenciaga Shoes can be found. If it is woman’s designer shoes at discount prices that you search for, look no further. There is huge selection available in one easy to find place. http://www.my-designershoes.com/Womens-Designer-Shoes/Balenciaga_Shoes

The common ailments faced by the golfers are back pain, joint pain. These ailments are the result of poor fitness and health for golfers. In order to avoid these disorders they need to take some preventive measures.

Exercise is critical:

Regular exercises such as swimming, sprinting or running should be done to improve the strength in the lower body and hips. Superfoods: Step Away From the Cheeseburger

January 7th, 2009

We all strive to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet. In a perfect world, healthy eating habits would be enough to ensure that we are taking in the required levels of the various vitamins, minerals and other nutrients our bodies need.

However, today’s world is far from perfect. Our land is made up of depleted soils that result in substandard crops of fruits and vegetables. The increasing use of additives can be seen by looking at the labels of most every item you see on a grocery shelf. And most every food prepared in restaurants or prepackaged for our convenience utilizes unhealthy combinations of refined sugar and stale vegetable oils.

It’s almost impossible to maintain a healthy diet without supplementing your “normal” eating habits. Superfoods offer a quick and easy way to fill in the gaps in our diet.

Superfoods are substances that naturally contain high concentrations of valuable nutrients. In today’s fast food world, they are essential to ensure that we take in even the minimum of what our bodies need to operate efficiently.

Superfoods include foods that are high in fat soluble vitamins such as unprocessed eggs, fish, and organ meat. They also include whole grains, which are even more nutritionally enhanced after being soaked in warm water. And of course, there are many herbs that fall into the superfood category. They typically work to strengthen the body’s immune system and regulate chemical levels.

There are superfoods powerful enough to lower your cholesterol, reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease, and, as an added extra, put you in a better mood. All with absolutely no side effects. Sound too good to be true? Guess what? These life-altering superfoods are available right now in your local supermarket or health food shop.

Unlike drugs, you don’t have to worry about focusing on specific foods for specific ailments. A healthy diet that includes a variety of the following superfoods will help you fight disease, maintain a healthy weight, and live longer.

One thing they do all have in common? They are all “real” unprocessed food. You won’t find “fortified” breakfast cereal in the superfood category.

Some popular superfoods offering powerful health boosts and immune system protection:

* Blueberries

* Beans

* Oats (raw)

* Oranges

* Pumpkin

* Salmon (wild)

* Soy

* Spinach

* Turkey

* Walnuts

* Yogurt

* Tea (green or black)

In addition, you can find many supplements that provide many of the benefits found in the natural superfoods. Many, packaged in pill, powder, or liquid form, focus on combining the essential nutrients found in the green plant family. Others focus on the nutrients found in fruits and berries.

Over the coming weeks, we will be highlighting many of the lesser known superfoods that offer even higher concentrations of vital vitamins and nutrients than the foods listed above. These include substances such as bee pollen, wheat grass, noni juice, and blue-green algae. There are a wide range of sources for these superfoods, both in natural form, as well as in packaged supplements.

Cash Back Cards: What to Look Out For

January 7th, 2009

When it comes to credit cards, most people have the most questions when it comes to cash back cards. Why is this? It’s because that some of these cards can become quite complex in the world of finance. From hidden terms to expiring points, it’s no wonder why people don’t know what kind of card to apply for. I’m going to show you what you should look for when you’re applying for your first reward card.

Expiring Points – The worst thing that I come across when it comes down to these cards is when your points expire. Some companies will only let your points sit in your account for one or two years until they just get rid of them. Think of saving up 10,000 points after spending $10,000 over 2 years and you find out your point balance is 0. How would that make you feel? Well, some card companies do this and always make sure that you look out for the expiration dates. A lot of these companies do have them.

Bad rewards system – You’ll find that when you get your first card that give rewards that you’ll be quite excited. You’ll spend your money, pay your card off on time and realize that when it’s time to get the rewards, the program just stinks. They only have video coupons or trial discounts for things you don’t even care about. Before you look into getting a card like this, make sure you know what kind of rewards you’re going to get ahead of time. This will not only save you the trouble in the long run, you’ll also be able to get things you want for your spending.

A cap – When I say a cap, I mean a limitation on the points you spend. You’ll find with some major companies that they will only let you say, spend $500 a year to get points. They will let you spend more than that but you just won’t get the points. I would recommend you look at getting a card that allows you to get points for as much as you spend. Having a cap is just as bad as having expiring points.

In the long run, these are the main three things that you should look out for. If you can find a card that has a low annual percentage rate, no annual fee and none of the things mentioned above, you’re going to find a card that fits your budget quite nicely. Always make sure that you do your research before you go out and actually apply for these cards. You’re going to find that some people just apply for the first card they find and when they start spending, they will soon find out when they go to cash in their points that they are going to get next to nothing. Do you want to be one of these people? If not, make sure you do your research and you’ll be fine.

Houston Area Commercial Printer Goes GREEN!

January 7th, 2009

Green Commercial Printing

Houston printing firm Catdi, Inc. has recently expanded its eco-friendly printing options into a full division of green commercial printing services. This expansion has been the result of two critical factors. The first of these factors was increasing awareness of environmental concerns in large segments of the Houston marketplace. Many energy companies in Houston have come under increasing social pressure to improve their environmental image. New companies as well have moved into Houston from other cities that were already pursuing green initiatives, bringing their environmentally friendly focus into the Gulf Coast marketplace. Over the last 18 months, orders for recycled paper and printing with soy ink have risen exponentially.

President and founder of Catdi, Inc., Carlos de Santos is also an ardent supporter of environmental initiatives, has proactively responded to this new community interest in green printing. Rather than simply taking green printing orders on a case by case basis, Alonso has segmented his duplicated his entire service offerings with eco-friendly equivalents. As of now, all products and services offered by Catdi can be obtained on recycled paper and soy ink. To be cost competitive for smaller clients on a budget, the paper can be a blend of as little as 10% recycled pulp, or it can range all the way to 100% recycled content.

Alonso took a risk when he calculated that the marginally higher price of soy ink and 100% paper would be something that public relations consultants and Earth conscious clients would be willing to pay. He was right. Since so many organizations are now using green printing services as a form of branding, marketing, and public relations, they actually come to the table already aware that the price point they pay carries with it a return on investment. Because the quality of both recycled paper and soy ink now rivals that of new paper and petroleum-based ink, the differentiation is determined by product benefits, not product image.

The most obvious benefit that green commercial printing offers is reduced clearing of forests. As the quality of recycled paper rises, the need to cut down existing trees diminishes. Recycling also greatly reduces the amount of paper going into landfills. However, Alonso is quick to point out that people often forget to recycle and throw print media into the trash without thinking. If and when this does happen, however, the soy base of the ink and the water coating used to give print media a “glossy” look is completely biodegradable and non-toxic. While discarding something that could be recycled does on one level constitute a waste, it nevertheless is waste that does not damage to the ecosystem.

Everything from print collateral, business cards, folders, sales sheets, brochures, and business cards can be ordered from Catdi’s green commercial printing services division. Even the electricity Catdi use (Green Mountain Energy) is eco-friendly. As a company already established in the Houston marketplace as a turnkey, rapid delivery source of custom print media solutions, Catdi’s new green commercial printing services is poised to take a leadership role very soon in Houston’s print media and advertising community that is beginning to realize both the ethics and the benefits of going green.

How to Choose a Money Market Account

January 7th, 2009

If you’ve decided to use a money market account to benefit from higher interest rates and to avoid the risks associated with other investments, your next decision is deciding which money market account to open. Money market accounts are just like savings accounts in that the money you deposit is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), so even if the bank holding your money goes bankrupt – the government guarantees you will not lose your money. This government guarantee makes Money Market accounts the safest option for investing money with a guaranteed return and the ability to access your money whenever you want.

When selecting a Money Market account to save your money, there are a number of things you’ll want to consider in order to make the best selection for your unique circumstances.

1) Number of Withdrawals Allowed

Money Market Accounts typically set up a limit for how many withdrawals you can make each month. If you plan to use the account frequently, you’ll want to look for money market accounts with high numbers of withdrawal limitations, so you don’t run into trouble when you reach your limit before the month is over.

If your goal is to deposit a sum of money and make very limited withdrawals only when you fall short of cash in a month, you probably don’t need to concern yourself with the withdrawal limitations. On the other hand, if you’re looking to use your Money Market Account more like a checking account, you’ll want to be sure you select one that offers enough monthly withdrawals so you aren’t paying fees for too many transactions.

2) Minimum Required Balance

While you can open a standard savings or checking account with next to nothing these days, money market accounts require much higher minimum balances if you want to avoid “minimum balance fees”. Make sure you have enough money to keep in the account to ensure you’re always above the minimum balance required, or you could find yourself paying out more than the interest you earn in monthly fees.

If you think you may consistently fall short of the required minimum balance, you might want to consider saving your money in a high interest savings account online until you’ve built it up enough to meet the minimum balance requirements.

3) Account Fees

Just like any other deposit account, a Money Market account can have a variety of fees associated with it. Typical fees include making too many withdrawals per month, or not having enough money in the account to meet the required minimum balance.

Keep an eye on other fees that the bank may charge, including fees for writing checks and monthly service or maintenance fees, atm withdrawal fees, etc. Consider how you intend to use the account and determine how much you’ll pay in fees for your account before selecting.

4) Interest Rate

The main reason people use Money Market accounts is to take advantage of higher interest rates than they could get with a traditional savings or checking account. In order to maximize your interest earnings, you’ll want to compare all of the available options for Money Market accounts and select the one with the best combination of high interest rate and low fees based on how you are likely to use the account.

When you consider these four factors, you’ll make a good choice for a Money Market account that maximizes the amount of money you earn on your savings by reducing the amount you pay in fees.

Traffic - The Most Crucial Thing in Business

January 7th, 2009

Whether you are involved (or thinking of becoming involved!) in an online or an offline business, the ONE thing you ought to have, above all else, is TRAFFIC! Unless you have potential clients coming to your website/shopfront, it is impossible to succeed. So today, I’d like to give you information on some of the ways you can get traffic to your site.

Free Online Advertising

1. You can send e-mails to friends, family, any contacts you already have, and also to the members/participants of list companies, as long as you are a member yourself. This is by far the quickest way of getting a huge number of readers for your e-mails, so the first thing to do is JOIN A LIST COMPANY, (or better still, MANY!). If you have to pay a joining fee, then obviously the advertising is not exactly free, but it will be so cheap (your e-mails will go out to

thousands!), that you don’t need to give it another thought. However, if you want FREE, there are also companies that offer this service, too.

2. You can write articles (as I have done here) to stimulate interest and generate traffic, and submit them to specialist sites, of which there are several, but go first for the top sites, because they have the biggest readership.

3. You can set up a facility on your website so that people who do come to it can refer it to their friends/colleagues. This is called Viral Marketing and is very effective (hence the name “viral”) because it is a personal referral system.

Paid Advertising

1. Pay-Per-Click, i.e. where you set up a Google AdWords campaign and the advertisements show on Google pages when people search for related products/information. This is not particularly hard to get started in, but to be effective it needs to be learnt, and to be monitored, otherwise your return on investment can be poor. Having said that, you don’t have to wait until you’re particularly proficient in AdWords before it can be a very effective means of

generating traffic. Learn enough to get going and then subscribe to one of the AdWords experts. You should be able to find these easily enough online.

2. Electronic and/or physical postcards. These are a brief, to the point, message about your business, usually done in normal postcard size. The physical ones are actually printed and mailed out, so you will have to pay for all that (there are dedicated mailing houses which organize the printing and mailing for you). The same applies to the electronic postcards, the only difference being they are sent to people’s e-mail addresses, not their street addresses, so these should be a lot cheaper to get out.

3. Classified ads, which are put into electronic (or physical) magazines/newsletters (you choose the ones appropriate to your market niche). These ads can be quite costly, so you want to find out what their readership will be compared to the cost and see if the ROI is going to be okay.

The information I have given you today is by no means exhaustive, but it will get you started in your quest for traffic. As with all things, keep in mind what your likely return on investment will be. Probably the best piece of advice I can give you is to choose ONE form of traffic generation and learn it and do it well, then move on to another.

The other thing that might be helpful is to get some ideas on how to write good copy. If you are unsure how to get hold of the information you need, do a search on your favourite search engine, e.g. if you want to know about list companies, type in “contact lists” or “list companies” and see what you get. If you would like a list of resources, send me an e-mail to valerie75@internode.on.net. To a

bright and successful future for you!

How to Achieve Wedding Planning Success on Your Special Day

January 7th, 2009

If you’ve recently become engaged, chances are you are on cloud nine. This can be a wonderful time, but it can also be stressful. Daydreaming about getting married is one thing. Actually planning a wedding and reception is a whole other thing. The most important thing is to plan ahead and stay organized.

When picking a wedding date, make sure that you’re allowing yourself the time you need to plan the wedding of your dreams. While weddings can successfully come together in six months, you’ll save yourself a lot of grief if you give it a year or a year-and-a-half.

Once you have a date figured out, then it’s time to sit down with your fianc? and discuss what you both hope to include in your big day. This way you can find out what you’re on the same page about and/or where you need to compromise. Remember, every marriage has compromise, so you better get used to it while in the planning process of your wedding.

The first things you need to get in order are the site of the ceremony and the site of the reception. You should have both of these picked out and signed on no later than a year before the wedding date.

This is also a good time to start wedding gown shopping. This is probably the most important dress you’ll ever purchase, so you want to be able to take your time. Another thing to consider is that most wedding gowns are actually made after they are ordered. That means the earlier you can find your dream gown, the better.

About eight months before the wedding start meeting with potential caterers, photographers, DJs, and florists. You will also need to make a final decision on what your bridesmaids are going to be wearing.

By six months before the wedding, start to put together a list of guests and their addresses. It will take some time to finalize your list before you’re able to order invitations.

Three months before the wedding things really start to pick up. There are many smaller tasks that you just can’t worry about sooner than this. At this point you should shop for a wedding cake, wedding rings, tuxedos, and pick out a florist.

Six to eight weeks before the wedding is a great time to send out the invitations. Make sure to give your guests enough time to make necessary travel arrangements.

Don’t forget the marriage license. About a month before the wedding make sure you and your fianc? take care of that.

A week before the wedding call every vendor and location to confirm details. It’s also a good idea to put together little index cards with all of their contact information. Then you can hand out those cards to your parents and attendants. That way, on the big day, they can handle the communication for you.

Remember, planning something so big doesn’t come without some stress. However, the right planning and organization can ease things for you, so you can truly enjoy your wedding day.

2009 - The Era Of Offshore Investing - Why Take A Global Approach ?

January 7th, 2009

It can be more than said that in the year 2009 that “Global Tax Planning” brings with a host and hosts of new, newer and newest concepts and procedures that may well be new or not even known by yourself , your family , banking , business advisers and even the most savvy of your knowledgeable friends and financial business acquaintances.

It can be well said that when selecting and using “tax havens” , as well as implementing global tax saving strategies you will require initial , workup information. Among these are basic , relevant information regarding global investing, private accounts , transferring funds, mail and email forwarding, secret safekeeping, computer privacy procedures as well as methods , personal privacy , counter intelligence as well as information sources.

One may well ask “Why Take the Global Approach to Investing and Investments ?” The answer to begin with , is that investing “offshore” will give you what might be called a “Launching Pad or Pads” to obtain direct access to a wrath of a vast quantities and availabilities to many investments and investment opportunities that are simply not available or available to North Americans – be they American , Canadian or other Nafta resident residents and investors. This alone is one , or more than one major reason why you may well want to create and utilize a foreign entity for investing globally. It can be more than said that investments made through your offshore investment account and accounts may be held in stable , and even rapidly appreciating and growing currencies such as Swiss Francs. British Pounds Sterling and Euro currency holdings.

It is conservatively estimated , that in 2008, over 61 % of the world’s investment opportunities in stocks , bonds as well as other investment opportunities and vehicles are found outside the North American boundaries . Thus a whole new world of investment opportunities affords the voracious investor. One only has to read the newspaper , financial source materials as well as on line financial authorities to come to the realization that many offshore economies are growing more rapidly than what were once the “established” or what were considered the base or basic industrial economies. Investing globally will provide you , your family and friends as well as financial acquaintances an opportunity and opportunities to invest in the high and higher growth regions of the world. All told you will be left with a vastly greater range of investment opportunities. All the while , while reducing your risk and risks through diversification of assets over a range of various countries – whose investment and investment opportunities not only were unavailable to you if not downright hidden from view as well as growth opportunities.

It can be well said , if not emphasized greatly , that with the wrath of modern communications avail be to the average person and investor – be they the technologies of the INTERNET and computerization , communication devices such as fax machines , world travel , and even modern day post , that the globe has not only become a smaller place but a much larger realm in terms of investment opportunities and global investment opportunities that abound to to the average person as well as modern investor in the calendar year of 2009. Happy , safe and private global investing.

Is It Safe To Exercise During Pregnancy?

January 7th, 2009

Many women are nervous about doing anything that may harm their baby, but exercise is recommended for uncomplicated pregnancy women and it is a good idea to get some exercises everyday.

Moderate exercise is helpful because it improves the mother’s mental status and provide health benefits for the baby that include increasing oxygen flow to the fetus and decreasing risk of trauma for both baby and mother during birth. Some studies have shown that exercise can reduce the length of labour, shorten the recovery time, and even help with postpartum weight management.

The types of exercise that pregnant women should do are

• Aerobic exercises such as swimming and walking. These exercises will increase the heart rate and pump oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.

• Kegels exercises (Pelvic floor exercises). These exercises are very important because they decrease risk of tearing of the perineum during birth and help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which tend to loosen after labour. All the pregnant women need to do is squeeze their pelvic muscles for a few minutes everyday.

• Flexibility exercise such as yoga that is the good way to improve the flexibility and this type of exercise is very popular in pregnant women. However, not all Yoga exercises are safe for pregnant women. Look for a prenatal Yoga class that is tailored to pregnant moms.

There are recognized contraindications for exercising during pregnant such as incompetence cervix, intrauterine growth retardation, pregnancy induced hypertension, preterm labour (during previous pregnancy), early contractions, vaginal bleeding and premature rupture of the membranes.

What should the pregnant women be careful about?

• Avoid exercising at extreme altitude or in hot, humid environments because it is critical that the pregnant women become overheated.

• Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

• Avoid activities that increase the risk of falls or injury, such as contact sports or vigorous sports.

• Avoid long periods of standing.

• Avoid contact sports and activities that quickly change the center of gravity.

• Wear good exercise shoes to help support the back and ankles.

Before starting any exercise program, the pregnant women should first discuss their plans with their doctor and have regular appointments with their health care provider.

What problems should the pregnant women tell their doctor about?

• Shortness of breath

• Severe headache

• Dizziness

• Dim or blurry vision

• Sudden or severe abdominal or vaginal pain

• Contractions that go on for 30 minutes.

• Chest pain and palpitation.

• Blood or fluid coming from the vagina

• Muscle weakness

• Calf pain or swelling

• Decreased movement of the baby
